VFSE REMOTE RESET ~ Press and hold the receivers reset button until you hear 2 beeps.  Release the reset button.  Within the next 20 seconds press the flame down button on the remote control.   2 short beeps confirms the code has been reset.  If you hear 1 long beep this indicates the code learning sequence has failed.

We service the fireplaces we install.  Fireplaces and Inserts less than 20 years and Gaslog Remote and Safety Pilot Valves less than 10 are able to be serviced by us if purchased from us.   If we can get the parts we can service your fireplace.

During our busy cold months (October - February)  we may have an elevated amount of incoming calls to take and return, also significant wait times for service calls.  *Please remember the fireplaces we sell and install are not a primary heat source for homes rather they add to the cozy comfort of your room.  Although we do not have 24/7 emergency calls, we will attempt to offer service times that match your schedule.

Trip and 1st 30 Minutes Diagnostic

We require 24 hour cancellation notice.  Missed appointments with no notice will incur $50 rescheduling fee paid up front.

We service the fireplaces we install.  Not sure why your fireplace won't turn on? 

Our Tech will give you lots of info in the first 30 minutes!  Contact us to inquire if we can help you. 

Parts and labor are extra fees.  General maintenance and cleaning are scheduled in spring and summer months.
