1. IN-STORE CONSULT.  Bring in pictures and sizes of your current fireplace to 1 of our 4 retail stores to see all the burning displays.  We want you to see and like the fireplaces first!

2. IN-HOME CONSULT.  We give you a product quote at the store,  if you like that then we send our estimator to your home for a FREE in-home consultation and labor estimate. 

3. LETS' SCHEDULE!  If you like all that, then we process the order and get you on our installation schedule.
